Bell Inn Yatton Keynell

The village of Yatton Keynell turned out to be bigger than I expected and while not as atmospheric as Ford or Castle Combe it was easily as charming.  A lot of that charm was down to the great pub, the Bell Inn, which I found populated by a potty assortment of miscreants.  Immediately falling into conversation with the fellows at the bar, I got tips and trails to help me along the remainder of the day’s run (none of which I tried nor even remember now, but appreciated nonetheless).

I meant to ask about the stone (below) but it slipped my mind.  Next visit (this is a worthy house) I’ll be sure to find out.  Go see it yourself (map here).
