The Tulse Hill Hotel, Tulse Hill, London   Leave a comment

Pub #2104:

Tulse Hill is lively although it has a more suburban tilth than its near neighbours Brixton, Balham, or Clapham.  The Tulse Hill Hotel could easily sell out to the gentrifiers but it still really seems like a local. With its impressive, old interior I’m sure I’m not the first punter to think, “oh, yeah, this isn’t meant for the likes of me.”

It was turning into a glorious evening, out, and I lingered in the sunset only to remember I had to start making my way home.  I checked Transport for London and almost every line was suffering severe delays (from the heat, I guess).  Shit.
